阐述了世界LNG(液化天然气)贸易和LNG船队的发展状况,并对LNG船的潜在危害进行了总结。着重分析了LNG船的历史事故,揭示了LNG船历史事故的概率、事故类型和事故后果等。同时,随着LNG船技术和应用的发展,对LNG船面临的新风险作了分析和总结。
This paper presents the global LNG trade,LNG fleet development,and the potential hazards of LNG carrier as well.By focusing on the historical accidents of LNG carriers,the probability,type and consequences of the accidents are revealed.Meanwhile,the new risks are also discussed.
