微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱测定婴幼儿奶粉中磷的质量浓度 被引量:8

Determination of phosphorus in milk products for infants and young children by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with microwave digestion

摘要 采用微波消解前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定部分婴幼儿奶粉中磷的质量浓度。实验表明,采用在线内标和碰撞反应池模式,磷的线性范围在0-30mg/L,得到的线性方程相关系数为O.9999,检出限为0.205μg/g,相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率在90.0%~106.5%之间,并且和紫外分光光度法比对,结果一致。选择的两种标准物质GBW10017和GBW10023,磷质量浓度测定值均在标准值范围之内.由此说明该方法能够简单、快速、灵敏、准确测定婴幼儿奶粉中磷元素。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with microwave digestion was applied to determine phosphorus in milk products for infants and young children. The ISTD adding on line and the Octopole Reaction System were applied in this study. The linear ranged from 0 to 30 Ixg/mL, and linear correlation factors was good(r=0.9999). The detection limit was 0.205 Ixg/mL. Precision was fine, and RSD is lower than 5%, and samples recoveries were in the range of 90.0%-106.5%. There was a accordant result between two determining methods by ultraviolet spectrophotometer and ICP-MS. The results showed close agreement with the reference values in two standard reference materials of GBW10017 and GBW10023.It indicated that the method is simple, sensitive, accurate and short of analytical cycle, which can meet the demand for the determining phosphorus in milk products for infants and young children.
