摘要
以六盘水矿区劣质的高铁高砂煤矸石为主要原料,掺入适量矿渣等固体废弃物和激发剂,经过加压成型后,在120℃下,采用蒸汽养护方式制成煤矸石免烧砖。研究了矿渣细度、物料含水量以及激发剂掺量对免烧砖抗压强度的影响。结果表明:固体废弃物利用率达到80%以上,制品各项性能指标符合JC/T422-91(96)《非烧结普通粘土砖》MU15标准的规定。
The poor quality gangue with high iron and silica contents was used as main raw material to prepare unfired brick by adding proper amount of slag and activator . Evaporative curing was adopted at 120℃ after pressure molding. The effect of moisture content, fineness of slag, the mixing amount of activator on the compression strength of brick was investigated. The result showed that utilization rate of solid waste was over 80% the performance indexes were in conformity with the requirements of JC/T422- 91(96) MU15 standard.
