摘要
本文通过正交试验得出普通水泥砂浆的最佳原料配比,并在此基础上,使用不同比例的废旧玻璃取代天然砂来制备水泥砂浆,根据抗折、抗压、稠度、分层度试验和扫描电镜分析得出,当废旧玻璃的取代率为20%时,水泥砂浆的强度为普通水泥砂浆的109.6%,且工作性能好。
In this paper, the optimum material blending ratio of common cement mortar was determined by Taguchi method. Based on the optimum blending ration, different percentages of natural sand in the raw mix were replaced by waste glass powder to test the mechanical properties and working performances of the new mortar ingredients. According to the analysis of compressive strength, thickness and coursing degree and SEM, the strength of the sample with 20% waste glass powder replacement rate was 109.6% of that using natural sand, and the workability was good.
