摘要
目的评价PearlWhite专业美白牙膏延长冷光美白的临床效果。方法选择2010年9月至2011年2月首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院门诊就诊的外源性染色牙患者40例,随机分为2组,各20例。试验组:Beyond冷光美白后使用PearlWhite专业美白牙膏;对照组:Beyond冷光美白后使用普通牙膏。分别于治疗后即时(基线)及治疗后3、6个月由同一名医生采用比色仪对左上中切牙进行比色,记录色彩学参数L*、a*、b*,并计算治疗后3、6个月色彩学参数与基线的差值。结果治疗后3个月时试验组和对照组牙面的总体美白效果与基线相比轻度减弱,但两组间ΔE值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月时试验组牙面美白效果保持较好,而对照组变化较为明显,与对照组相比,试验组牙颈部ΔE、Δb*值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论与普通牙膏相比,使用PearlWhite专业美白牙膏可以有效延长冷光美白的效果。
Objective To evaluate the extension of clinical effectiveness of professional tooth whitening by using Pearl White toothpaste.Methods Randomized,double-blind clinical research method was used.Forty patient cases with extrinsically stained teeth were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups：experimental group of 20 cases,and 20 cases in control group.Experimental group was given Pearl White toothpaste while control group regular toothpaste after Beyond whitening treatment,then color of anterior teeth was checked with Olympus Crystaleye spectrophotometer device respectively at baseline,after 3 months and 6 months.Record color parameters of L＊ a＊ b＊ value with the built-in software,and calculate the total color difference ΔE of the upper left central incisor at 3 months and 6 months with respect to the difference between the baseline parameters.Results Using the Pearl White toothpaste after 3 months,the general whitening result in both groups slightly decreased compared with baseline,while the ΔE value between both groups had no statistical difference（P 0.05）.Experimental group maintained good whitening results after six months but significant difference was noticed in control group.Compared with the control group,experimental group had statistical significance with ΔE and Δb＊ value for the tooth cervix（P 0.01）.Conclusion Compared with ordinary toothpaste,Pearl White toothpaste can effectively extend the Beyond whitening effect.
