不同基因型大豆叶片蔗糖合成酶活性变化动态的研究 被引量:3

摘要 选用6个不同基因型的大豆品种,运用框栽的方法,研究了大豆蔗糖合成酶(SS)含量的变化动态。结果表明:大豆叶片SS分解方向的活性在幼嫩叶片中呈先升高后降低的趋势,成熟叶片仅表现出有下降的趋势,但不同品种间没有显著差异;合成方向的酶活性在不同品种间、不同叶位上未表现出一致的规律性;SS分解方向的酶活性极显著高于合成方向的酶活性,说明在大豆叶片中SS主要起分解蔗糖的调节作用;SS活性与大豆叶片中的蔗糖含量间具有正相关性,其中绥农14和不结瘤大豆的幼嫩叶片中SS合成方向的酶活性与蔗糖含量间达到了显著水平(r值分别为0.765和0.732);不结瘤大豆成熟叶片的SS分解方向的酶活性与蔗糖含量间具有极显著的正相关性(r=0.986)。 Six soybean varieties were used to investigate dynamic changes of sucrose synthase(SS) in soybean leaves.The results showed that the activity of SS(cleavage direction) increased at first and decreased in tender leaves,while decreased in mature leaves.However,no significant difference were observed among different varieties.There was no consistent regularity for the activity of SS(synthetic direction) among different varieties and different leaf positions.The activity of SS(cleavage direction) was significantly higher than that of synthetic direction,indicating that the role of SS was mainly decomposition in soybean leaves.The activity of SS and sucrose content showed a positive correlation in soybean leaves.The activity of SS(synthetic direction) had significant positive correlation with the sucrose content in tender leaves of SN14 and NON-NOD(r=0.765,r=0.732,respectively) and the activity of SS(cleavage direction) was very significantly correlated with the sucrose content in mature leaves of NON-NOD(r=0.986).
