摘要
目的研究手术室护士的职业危险因素及防护措施。方法对四川省攀枝花攀钢密地职工医院手术室选取的10例护士采用问卷形式调查的方式对护士职业危险因素的防范意识情况进行分析。结果随着工龄的增长,护理人员对职业危险因素的防范意识增加。结论充分认识手术室护理人员在工作中潜在的危险因素,并增强自我防护意识,降低手术室护士的风险,并加强思想素质、技术素质、心理素质的培养,做一个身心健康的手术室护士。
Objective To study the risk factor and safeguard procedures of nurses in the operation room.Methods 10cases nurses in the operation room were selected in our hospital .The risk factor and safeguard procedures were analyzed by the questionnaires.Results The security consciousness of nurses were raised as the employment duration increased.Conclusion The nurses must recognize the risk factor in the operation room,enhance awareness of the masses of self-protection and reduce the risk of nurse in the operation room .The nurse should enhance the ideological quality,technology qualification and psychological qualification,become a physical and mental health.nurse.
