摘要
目的探讨经桡动脉穿刺冠状动脉介入手术的护理措施。方法对202例急性心肌梗死经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入手术的患者术前进行充分的术前准备及心理护理;术中严密观察病情,密切配合医师操作,积极做好并发症的预防。结果 202例患者行冠状动脉介入手术后再灌注良好,临床症状得到明显缓解,发生并发症4例,其中轻度桡动脉痉挛3例、低血压1例,经对症处理后症状缓解,术后随访1个月,无桡动脉闭塞患者。结论充分的术前准备、良好的心理护理、娴熟的操作技术、严谨的术中配合以及严密周到的病情观察可减少手术操作时间,保证手术顺利进行,有效预防和减少并发症的发生,是手术成功的关键。
Objective Of transradial coronary intervention by the nursing operation.Methods 202 patients with acute myocardial infarction via radial artery coronary intervention for patients before surgery,preoperative preparation and adequate psychological care; surgery observing closely,with the doctors to operate closely and actively carry out the prevention of complications.Results 202 cases of surgical intervention in patients with coronary artery reperfusion good,clinical symptoms were relieved,the occurrence of complications in 4 cases,including mild radial artery spasm in 3 cases,hypotension in 1 case,symptoms after symptomatic treatment and were followed up 1 Months,no patients with radial artery occlusion.Conclusion Adequate preoperative preparation,good psychological care,skilled technique,strict intraoperative good condition with observation and rigorous operation time can be reduced to ensure smooth operation,effectively prevent and reduce complications,the operation is successful The key.
