摘要
目的规范试验用德国小蠊的标准化养殖方法,从而获得品质一致的标准化试虫,为灭蟑药物登记试验提供科学、可靠的试验素材,保证登记试验的生物测定效果的质量,为科学合理评价灭蟑药物提供技术保证。方法通过规范德国小蠊的养殖条件、饲料质量、饲养技术,以10日龄成虫体重为评价指标,验证3批次及多区域养殖技术的可靠性。结果标准化养殖3批次德国小蠊平均体重测定结果表明该养殖配方可成功养殖出合格德国小蠊,且重复性好;不同实验室间标准化养殖德国小蠊平均体重指标测定结果表明该配方在不同地区均适用。结论使用本养殖技术,不同地区均可在实验室成功养殖出供药物效果测定试验用合格体重的德国小蠊,且重复性好,说明该养殖技术可成为德国小蠊实验室标准化养殖技术。
Objective To identify standard rearing technique of Blattella germanica in laboratory for obtaining standard insects with uniform quality,provide scientific and reliable experiment materials,technical supports and ensure the experimental quality for pesticide registration.Methods Taking wet weight of 10 d adult as a evaluating indicator,validate rearing method by specifying rearing condition,diet quality and rearing technique.Results After rearing B.germanica for three generations,the results of wet weights showed that the rearing method was applicable to rear cockroach.The results of wet weights of B.germanica reared in the different laboratories showed that the method was applicable in different areas.Conclusion Using this rearing methods,the different laboratory can provide standard B.germanica for pesticide registration,indicating that the rearing method is standard technique of B.germanica in laboratory.
