血清C反应蛋白在急性冠脉综合征中的检测意义

摘要 目的:探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)含量的变化在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)中临床意义。方法:收治108例ACS患者,采用免疫散射比浊法测定急性相时CRP的血清含量。80名健康志愿者作为对照组。结果:观察组与对照组血清hs-CRP含量变化及恶性事件发生情况比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组中AMI患者CRP水平显著高于UA(P<0.05);AMI患者恶性事件发生率显著高于UA患者(P<0.05)。结论:血清CRP含量在急性冠脉综合征中显著升高,并且与疾病严重程度呈正比,能反映心肌损害程度,可以作为冠心病临床诊断、预后判断的一个评价标准。
