早期低位直肠癌局部切除治疗的体会

摘要 目的:总结早期低位直肠癌局部切除治疗体会。方法:回顾性分析8例患者临床症状、检查、诊断、手术治疗等资料。结果:8例均局部切除术,术后并发出血与感染各1例,12～15天后安全出院,随访6年后1例复发、1例患胃癌、1例因肝癌死亡。结论:局部切除术适应早期不大的肿瘤,以T1期为宜,并发症少,保肛,5年生存率高。
