摘要
目的：对深圳市35261例健康体检者眼病进行调查。了解常见眼病的患病情况，获取眼病流行病学资料。方法：对视力及矫正视力、外眼、屈光间质、眼底逐项检查。并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果：35261例体检者中有26922例患有眼病（76．35％）。其中屈光不正24642（69．03％）。白内障7449（21．12％），眼表疾病9004（25．53％），青光眼及可疑青光眼者1341（3．803％），视神经、视网膜疾病988（2．801％），玻璃体混浊232（0．657％）。随着年龄的增加。眼病发病率遂渐增加，60岁以上忠两种以上眼病者7374（87．41％），（P〈0．05）。结论：眼病患病率随年龄的增加逐渐增高。提高保健意识、加强预防宣传。定期体格检查，及时就诊。有益于防治眼病。
Objective To study an epldemiological survey of eye disease in 35261 health examination cases in Shenzhen so as to have some epidemiological data of eye disease. Methods Visual acuity and correct visual acuity were measured, meanwhile external eye, dioptric media and fundus had also been examined. Resuits 26922 in all cases suffered from eye disease （76.35%）, including ametropia in 24642（69.03% ）, cataract in 7449（21.12% ） ,conjunctive disease in 9004 （25.53 % ）, glaucoma and doubtful glaucoma in 1341 （3. 803 % ）, optic nerve and retinal disease in 988 （2. 801% ）, vitreous opacity in 232 （0. 657 % ）. Two types of eye disease can be seen in 7374（87.41% ） over the age of 60. Conclusion Prevalence rate of eye disease was increasing gradually with age.
