摘要
10亿PIB/mL甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂防治甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的田间药效试验结果表明,该药剂对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾具有良好的防治效果。田间每667 m2用量75～100 g时,药后5 d对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的防效可达80%以上,药后10 d防效仍高达70%以上,具有极好的持效性。而该药剂对菜田蜘蛛等天敌影响的统计表明,其对蜘蛛种群影响较小,当试验药剂和对照药剂用量为75 g时,药后5 d和10 d,百株甘蓝上蜘蛛的减退率分别为1.2%和0.5%,显著低于对照药剂3%高效氯氰菊酯.107PIB/mL甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂处理区的减退率。说明该药剂具有良好的应用前景。
The results of filed efficacy test of 1×109 PIB/mL Spodoptera exigua Nucleopolyhedrovirus SC showed that it had a good effect against Spodoptera exigua on cabbage.After 5 days of spraying 75～100 g/667m2,the correction mortality of Spodoptera exigua was upwards 80%,and the correction mortality was still more than 70% after 10 days.The above results indicated that the pesticide had a long persistence.After 5 days and 10 days of spraying 75 g/667m2 test agent and control agent,the count showed that the effect of the pesticide to the natural enemies was small.The reduce rates of spider on 100 cabbages was only 1.2% and 0.5% significantly lower than that of control agent.From these two perspectives,we can see that the pesticide has a good prospect.
