铁尾矿资源单金属回收利用模式研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对我国铁尾矿资源类型划分和资源量的统计,河北省和辽宁省聚集量最大。截止2010年,全国铁尾矿资源量共计67亿吨,平均品位10%。运用SWOT矩阵进行分析,对铁尾矿资源开发利用进行波士顿矩阵划分;其中,宣钢、浙江漓铁尾矿资源处于吉星级别,唐钢、太钢和武钢尾矿资源处于金牛级别。对铁尾矿资源进行单金属回收利用模式计算,依据6.2%临界品位值作为铁尾矿资源经济开发边际品位进行分析,得出可供经济开发的资源量为99589万吨,理论回收铁金属11542万吨。 This paper points out that the aggregate amount of iron ore tailings resources is larger in Hebei and Liaoning provinces through dividing the type of iron ore tailings resources and making a statistics of resource volume.By 2010,the total of iron ore tailings resources was 6.7 billion tons,with an average grade of 10%.Through applying SWOT Matrix analysis and making use of the BCG(Boston)matrix to divide the development and utilization of iron ore tailings,Xuanhua Steel Company and Zhejiang Litie Group is in the level of Lucky Star,while Tangshan Steel Company,Taiyuan Steel Company,and Wuhan Steel Company is in the level of Taurus.This paper has obtained the amount of resources available for economic development of 995.89 million tons,recycling iron metal 115.42 million tons theoretically,based on calculating the pure metal recycling and utilization mode and taking 6.2% critical grade as marginal grade of economic development of iron ore tailings resources.
