摘要
[目的]测定葛根总黄酮提取物有效成分葛根素、大豆苷含量。[方法]HPLC色谱条件为:色谱柱为C18柱;流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75,V/V);检测波长为250 nm;流速为0.8 ml/min;柱温为室温;进样量为4μl。[结果]在测定范围内,葛根素、大豆苷对照品线性关系良好;葛根中葛根素、大豆苷平均含量分别为5.41、7.50μg/ml。[结论]该研究为更好的利用葛根提供了依据。
[Objective] To establish a method for determining puerarin and daidzin from total flavonoids extracts of RADIX PUERARIAE.[Method] HPLC conditions were:chromatographic column of C18 column,mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(25∶75,V/V),detection wavelength of 250 nm,flow rate of 0.8 ml/min,column temperature of room temperature and sampling amount of 4 μl.[Result] In determining range,puerarin and daidzin showed good relationship to concentration,respectively.Total flavonoids extracts from RADIX PUERARIAE were 5.41 and 7.50 μg/ml in puerarin and daidzin individually.[Conclusion] This case provided basis for better utilization of RADIX PUERARIAE.
