摘要
以上海电机学院的电气工程及其自动化专业毕业生及相关企业为研究对象,进行了较为深入的调查分析,具体分析了该专业毕业生就业的基本情况、用人单位的基本要求及学习成绩、个人能力、所学专业、技能证书、家庭背景或社会关系等因素对毕业生就业的影响程度,并在综合分析归纳的基础上提出了相关工作对策与建议。
With the graduates majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Shanghai Dianji University and the businesses related as the study,this thesis carried out an in-depth investigation into and analysis of the effect on graduates of some factors such as the basic conditions of employment of graduates,employer＇s basic requirements,academic performance,personal capacity,the profession,skills,certificates,and family background or social factors.Based on the comprehensive analysis,the thesis puts forward some relevant measures and suggestions.
