本文阐述了精细化管理的概念和必要性,并从决策科学,拟定标准,调动积极性三方面入手提出高校思想政治教育工作实现精细化管理的途径。
this paper expatiated on the concept and the necessity of subtle management, and argues that universities must adopt subtle management from such fields as making right decisions, setting standard, and arousing enthusiasm.
