摘要
目的建立台湾地区正常人群的通气肺功能指标的正常预测值公式。方法选取台湾地区美兆健康体检数据库中2005-2006年的资料,采用线性回归的方式分性别和年龄段分别建立肺功能指标FVC、FEV1和FEV1/FVC的正常预测值公式。结果共有研究对象男性24 216人,女性39 375人,年龄12~85岁,平均年龄(41.90±13.33)岁。利用各指标的均数和标准差分年龄性别计算了各年龄组人群的正常值范围下限。鉴于男女性的FVC和FEV1均在20岁出现拐点,以20岁为界限,分性别建立FVC和FEV1的正常预测值公式。以12~20岁组的男性为例,FVC正常预计值公式为,FVCprd=-5.014 6+0.092 5×年龄+0.038 0×身高+0.008 5×体重,正常人群下限计算公式为FVClln=-5.834 5+0.092 5×年龄+0.038 0×身高+0.008 5×体重。通过各年龄和身高点通气肺功能均数实测值与预测值比较,可以认为正常预计值公式基本可以反映研究对象的特征。结论本研究首次建立了中国台湾地区大规模人群通气肺功能的正常预计值公式和正常人群下限计算公式,正常预计值公式与原人群拟合情况良好。
Objective To establish the lung function prediction equations and the lower limit of the normal(LLN) from a Taiwan chinese population.Methods Data of year 2005-2006 in MJ health check database was used in this study.Linear regression was employed to establish a prediction formula for FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in different gender and age groups.LLN was calculated according to SEE which was obtained from the prediction formula.Results After inclusion and exclusion,a total of 24 216 men and 39 375 women,aged 12~85 years,mean age(41.90±13.33) years were selected as the study population.Lower bounds of the normal value were derived by means and standard deviations for each age and gender group.FVC and FEV1 showed an inflection point in the 20 years of age in both males and females.For FVC and FEV1,prediction equation and LLN were calculated in different gender and age groups.Taking males aged 12~20 year old as example,prediction equation of FVC was FVCprd=-5.014 6+0.092 5×age+0.038 0×height+0.008 5×weight,and LLN was calculated by FVClln=-5.834 5+0.092 5×age+0.038 0×height+0.008 5×weight.When comparing the means of measured value and estimated value in every age and height point,it was evident that the prediction equation could reflect the distribution of the study population.Conclusions This is the first large-scale population study in Taiwan,China which established the lung function prediction equations and the LLN,and the prediction equation fits the population well.
