摘要
校本教研是一项高效、操作性强、教师乐于参与的教研活动。校本教研的开展使教师的教学理念发生了变化;教师的教学方式发生了变化;教师开始研究自己的教学,反思自己的教学。校本教研还亟待确定学校科研的总主题,亟待建立学校的"名师工程",亟待确立校本教研的长效机制。
School-based research is an efficient,workable,teachers are willing to participate in teaching and research activities.School-based teaching and research carries out and makes teachers＇ teaching philosophy have changed,teachers＇ teaching methods have changed,and teachers begin to study and reflect on their teaching.School-based research and teaching also needs to determine the overall theme of the school;need to establish the school＇s ＂teacher work＂ and need to establish long-term mechanism-based teaching and research.
