子宫(颈管)息肉状非典型性腺肌瘤合并腺肌瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 1病例资料女，40岁。因妇科体检时发现子宫增大如孕3个月就诊。询问病史，述月经不规则2年余，有痛经史，行腹部彩色超声检查诊断为宫腔占位病变，行子宫全切术。术后标本巨检：子宫体积13cm×9cm×5cm大小，官腔后壁见一体积5cm×5cm×2cm大小的息肉状物，切面灰红色，息肉下方肌层内见一体积6．0cm×5．Ocm×2．5cm大小的灰白色结节状肿物，界限不清。
