摘要
目的对比研究市售普通牙刷与正畸专用牙刷在固定矫正期间对口腔健康的保护作用。方法将符合要求的68例固定矫治的患者随机分实验组(n=34)与对照组(n=34),分别采用市售普通牙刷与正畸专用牙刷刷牙,通过比较在戴矫治器前及戴矫治器后的第1月、2月、3月、4月、6月时菌斑指数(PI)与牙龈出血指数(BI)来评价其在治疗中对口腔卫生的清洁作用。结果实验组在戴矫治器后的5个检测点上其菌斑指数(PI)与牙龈出血指数(BI)明显低于对照组,经两样本t检验,检验两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固定矫治期间,正畸专用牙刷对口腔健康维护优于普通牙刷。
Objective To compare the cleaning efficiency of two kinds of brushers to teeth during orthodonic treatment with fixed appliance.Methods 68 patients with fixed appliance was individed into study（34 individuals） and control（34 individuals） groups,and comparing the cleaning efficiency of two kinds of brushers by evaluating the plaque index（PI） and bleeding index（BI） at the first,second,third,fourth and sixth months before the appliance was fixed.Results The plaque index（PI） and bleeding index（BI） of control group were more lower than those of the study control at the five observating times,by statistics analysis the difference have a significant deviation（P0.05）.Conclusion Orthodonic brusher has a greater cleaning efficiency than common brusher during orthodonic treament with fixed appliance.
