摘要
目的：对877例小儿急性下呼吸道感染住院患儿进行回顾性分析研究。方法：2009年10月至2010年7月，我科共收治病儿1775人次，急性下呼吸道感染患儿877例（除外新生儿感染），占住院病儿49．4％，其中男581例，女296例。通过对患儿年龄分布、临床特征、抗菌素使用、住院转归进行分析。结果：这些患者中，总住院天数为4392天，平均住院5．2天。治愈856例占97．7％，好转16例占1．9％，未愈5例占0．4％，无死亡病例。结论：我们医院选择抗菌素不合理的程度较高，有必要增强对各种呼吸道感染病原菌及临床特点以及抗菌素使用规律的认识，合理、规范使用抗菌素。

Conclusion： Our hospital choice antibiotic unrea- sonable degree is high, it is necessary to strengthen to each kind of respiratory tract infects the disease germ and the clinical charac- teristic as well as the antibiotic use rule understanding, reasonable, standard use antibiotic.
