摘要
文章从职业生涯规划教育与思想政治教育工作的内在统一性出发,以经典的思想政治教育"四要素说"为视角,深入分析了目前研究生职业生涯规划教育的主体、客体、环体和介体存在的问题和困境,以期完善研究生职业生涯规划教育的机制、增强教育的实效性。
The article,from internal unity of career planning education and ideological and political education,deeply analyzed existing problems and plight of subject,object,environment and medium of education of current graduate student career planning education based on ＂four elements＂ of classic ideological and political education so as to perfect the mechanism of graduate student career planning education and enhance the effectiveness of education.
