摘要
履行社会责任已经成为现代企业实现生存与发展的根本。然而,我国民营企业因为现阶段公司治理理念、治理模式、治理环境的影响,社会责任履行普遍缺失,这对民营企业可持续发展造成了严重影响。结合我国民营企业目前承担社会责任的现状,必须在公司治理中加强社会责任法制建设,增强民营企业社会责任意识,提高民营企业履行社会责任的自觉性。
Social responsibility is fundamental for modern enterprises to survive and develop.However,because of the concept,model and environment of corporate governance,private enterprise is generally lack of social responsibility.It seriously effects the sustainable development of private enterprises.So it is necessary to strengthen legal system the social responsibility,enhance private enterprise＇s sense and consciousness of social responsibility.
