摘要
目的:分析医院抗菌药物使用的情况,促进合理用药。方法:对2010年本院380例住院患者的抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:380例患者中使用抗菌药物315例,使用率为82.9%,预防性用药占39.37%(124/315),治疗用药占60.63%(191/315);单用、二联、三联、三联以上用药分别占20.95%、40.63%、28.89%、9.52%。结论:抗菌药物不合理使用现象较为严重,应加强抗菌药物合理使用相关管理和培训。
Objective： To promote the managment of the use of antibiotics in the hospital through analyzing the the cases of inpatients. Methods： The application of antibiotics of 380 cases in our hospital in 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 380 cases of which 315 cases used antibiotics, the antibiotics drug using rate was 82.9%, 124 cases preventive medicine, accounting for 39.37%, 191 cases of therapeutic drugs, accounting for 60.63%. Single-drug therapy, dual-drug therapy, tri-drug therapy and more than tri-drug therapy were accounted for 20.95%, 40.63%, 28.89% and 9.52%. Conclusion： The application of antibiotics still has irrational phenomenon, therefore, the management and training of rational use of antibiotics should be strngthened.
