摘要
"以人为本"是高职院校思想政治教育工作的出发点。突出"以人为本"理念,正确认识高职院校思想政治教育工作存在着人才评价机制、教育方式、方法、师资队伍建设等方面的问题,采取有效措施切实提高高职院校学生思想政治教育工作成效性,促进学生全面发展,是新形势对高职院校提出的一个新课题,"以人为本"的理念为高职院校思想政治教育工作的创新指明了方向。
＂People-oriented＂ ideology is the base of ideological education in higher vocational schools and it is a new research point for ideological teachers and workers to investigate on.The innovation of ideological education assessment mechanism,mode,methods,and so on in higher vocational schools based on ＂people-oriented＂ ideology can enhance the efficiency of ideological education work and benefit students in their all-round development.＂People-oriented＂ ideology throws light on the innovation of ideological education in higher vocational schools.
