摘要
针对山东某高硬度、高碱度地下水质,通过正交试验法筛选出了一种适合热电厂特点的水稳剂,该水稳剂由PBTC、AMPS共聚物、锌盐和铜缓蚀剂等5 个组分组成。研究表明,该复配药剂具有优良的热稳定性和很强的锌稳定能力。在浓缩倍数k = 2.5 时,该药剂的静态阻垢率在80 % 以上,对碳钢、黄铜、紫铜、不锈钢等金属的缓蚀效果达到了行业优秀级标准。综合性能远优于该厂的原用药剂。
A highly efficient corrosion and scale inhibitor, especially for a heat power plant cooling water with high concentration of hardness and alkalinity in Shandong province, was proposed in this paper. The chemicals are mixtures of five components that include PBTC, AMPS copolymers, zinc and a copper corrosion inhibitor. The detailed study reveals that the static scale inhibition is over 80%,the corrosion inhibition on A e steel,copper,brass and stainless steel are 98 5%,the corrosion inhibition on A e steel,copper,brass and stainless steel are 98 5%,99 4,98 8 and 99 5% repectively at the desage of 40mg/L(against the make up water) and the cycle of concentration of k=2 5. It can also be found that the chemicals are good in heat stability and in maintain zinc even though at a pH high as 9.5.
