摘要
用汽提技术精制无灰分散剂副产盐酸，控制汽提温度７０～８０℃，气液体积比（１３０～１６０）∶１，空塔气速０．０５～０．１５ ｍ ／ｓ，使副产盐酸中有机物杂质含量从１５０ ｐｐｍ 降低到１２±３ｐｐｍ ，脱除率达９０％ 以上。
Strip method is used to purify the by produced Hydrochloric Acid from ashless dispersant. The results have shown that when the strip temperature is controlled between 70~80℃, the gas/liquid volume ratio is in (130~160)∶1 and the velocity of empty tower is in 0.05~0.15 m/s, the content of organic impurities in the by produced hydrochloric acid can be lowered from 150 ppm to around 12 ppm, and thus the purifying rate can be over 90%.
