Sn-1wt% Ge合金在-20℃下的β→α相变的研究

摘要 对Sn- 1w t% Ge合金在- 20℃下的β→α相变进行观测和讨论,通过实验试探了利用相变的办法使锡焊料细化的可行性,结果表明:5 次转变后,合金的颗粒尺寸可达0.03 μm ,若经多次转变,晶粒可得到进一步细化,从而为微型化的电子线路的焊接提供了一定的实验基础。 Both the discussion and the observation are made for \%β→α\% phases transformation happening to an alloy Sn-1wt% Ge under -20℃. It was through experiment that the possibility to make grain refinement in the tin solidering material is explored by the use of phases transforming. The result shows(that) the grain size can reach 0.03 μm, with transformations having been done for five times. If many times are made for phases transformation, the grain can be made further refined so as to lay a certain experiemental foundation for micro electronic circuits′ welding.
