摘要
粉状物料称重系统是以自动称量方式将粉状物料按预定重量分装的称重系统．本文对粉状物料称重系统进行了具体的分析，并运用预测控制理论设计了一种预测控制算法以实现对该系统的高精度。
The weighing system discussed is used for automatic weighing of powdery materials, by which the powdery materials are separately loaded according to a specified weight. A predictive control algorithm is developed on the basis of a detailed analysis of the weighing system. High accuracy and high speed control can be achieved by applying of the presented algorithm to the weighing system.
