二元超低界面张力泡沫体系渗流特性 被引量:5

FILTRATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BINARY FOAM SYSTEM WITH ULTRA-LOW INTERFACIAL TENSION

摘要 为了充分认识和研究二元泡沫体系在多孔介质中的渗流机理,在石英砂填充的长20cm、内径2.0cm的填砂管模型上,对一种新型的聚合物/表面活性剂二元泡沫体系的渗流特性进行了研究。结果表明,该泡沫复合体系在不同剪切条件下泡沫的均匀性和在岩心出口出现的时间变化不大,在流动状态下具有良好的稳定性和泡沫封堵能力;同时随着气液比的增加泡沫驱压差增加,但增加幅度不大;相同配方条件下,随着气液比的增加阻力系数和残余阻力系数增加。研究结果证实了该二元泡沫体系具有良好的注入能力和封堵能力。 In order to completely understand and study the flow mechanism of binary foam system in porous media, the filtrational characteristics of a new-type polymer/surfactant binary foam system are figured out in quartz-sand filled tube model with 20 cm length and 2.0 cm diameter. The results show that the changes of both foam uniformity and its time coming out of the core are not obvious under the different shear conditions and moreover in the state of flowing, the system possesses much better stability and foam shut-off capacity; at the same time, the pressure dif- ferential of the foam flooding increases with the rise of gas-liquid ratio, but the degree is not great ; under the condi- tions of the same formulation, drag coefficient and residual resistance coefficient rise with the increase of the above ratio. The results confirm that the binary system has good capacities of both injection and close-off.
