摘要
在医疗卫生机构深入推进绩效考核的过程中,广泛存在认识、概念、思路、方法等许许多多让人困惑不解或众说纷纭的问题。面对错综复杂的局面及前所未有的挑战,如何理论联系实际,在把握原则的前提下创造性的开展绩效考核工作是当前各方普遍关注的热点及难点,其中最重要的就是要概念清楚,思路清楚,方法清楚。就此问题进行论述。
Puzzling problems of understanding,concept,thinking and method,etc,exist widely in medical and health institutions in promoting performance appraisal.Faced with the complicated situation and unprecedented challenges,the creative development of performance appraisal is the focusing point through linking theories with practice,with clear concept,thinking and method.These aspects are discussed.
