经颅磁刺激辅助治疗精神分裂症的临床研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 20世纪60年代初,经颅磁刺激（transcranial magneticstimulation,TMS）开始应用于精神科领域,这是一种非侵入性治疗方法,无痛,无明显不良反应.20世纪80年代中期发展为重复经颅磁刺激（repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS）,即在一定频率下给予相同密度的刺激串,初期许多研究用于治疗抑郁症,近些年来对精神分裂症的治疗备受关注.数年的临床研究显示,rTMS可以辅助治疗精神分裂症.我们就近些年来rTMS辅助治疗精神分裂症的阳性症状、阴性症状、认知症状的研究加以综述.
