摘要
目的,为了探讨健美操运动在全民健身中的作用,及健美操运动作为一种减肥方法的效果性,开展了健美操运动对青年肥胖女性体成分及血脂影响的研究。方法,将所征集到的60名青年肥胖女性受试者按照每30人一组分为实验组和对照组,并对实验组进行16周的健美操运动干预,观察运动前后体成分及血脂各指标的变化情况。结果,所得数据经统计学处理分析后发现,体脂百分比、体脂含量下降,与实验前和对照组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);血脂中高密度脂蛋白浓度升高,甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白浓度下降,实验前后的比较、及实验组与对照组的比较均表明有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论,健美操运动能促进肥胖人群的体脂分解代谢,对改善形体特征有积极作用;健美操运动能调整青年肥胖女性血脂水平,改善血脂成分;鉴于健美操运动对于肥胖人群的显著治疗作用,建议在全民健身活动中积极推广、普及大众健美操这一闲暇体育活动。
The paper is to discuss the function of aerobics in public sport and the effect of aerobics as a way of reducing weight. 60 young obese women are divided into experiment group and comparative group and the experiment group conduct the aerobics exercises for 16 weeks. The changes of their physical composition and blood lipid before and after the exercise are observed. The fat percentage and content are reduced, which is different with those before the exercise and the comparative group (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 0 1 ). The high - density lipoprotein in the blood lipid increases while the cholesterol, triglyceride and low - density lipoprotein in the blood lipid decreases, which is different before and after the exercise and different between the experiment group and the comparative group ( P 〈 0. 05or P 〈 0. 0 1 ). The paper proposes that the aerobics can promote the decomposition and metabolism of the body fat of the obese people and adjust the blood lipid level and the lipid content of the obese women. The paper proposes to carry out the aerobics in the public sport.
