摘要
对舞凤运动的文化传承和发展现状进行了挖掘和分析,找出了民间舞凤运动的不足之处,从6个方面对舞凤运动进行了创新研究。这对于发展民族传统舞凤运动、发扬民族传统体育文化、丰富全民健身活动内容、完善学校体育课程建设具有重要的现实意义。
The paper explores and analyses the cultural heritage and current development of the Chinese traditional phoenix dance and points out the deficiency. The paper also conducts the creative research of the phoenix dance from 6 perspectives, which is helpful for the development of the Chinese traditional phoenix dance, enrichment of the public sports activities and improvement of the school P. E..
