组织文化是理解组织发展的一个非常重要因素,NBA发展至今组织文化具有重要的推动作用。组织文化的解析,是理解NBA联盟文化的一个重要方法。组织文化通常包括物质方面、制度方面、精神方面和行为方面,分析了NBA组织文化中精神与物质载体方面的元素,从而综合地研究NBA组织文化,为我国CBA联盟的建设发展提供参考。
The organization culture has promoted the development of NBA. The analysis of the organization culture is an important way to understand the NBA league culture. The organization culture includes material aspect, system aspect, spiritual as pect and behavior aspect. The paper studies the spiritual and material aspects of the NBA organization culture and helps understand the NBA organization culture so as to provide references for the CBA construction in China.
