胰腺囊性肿瘤21例诊治分析

摘要 胰腺囊性肿瘤（cystic pancreatic neoplasms,CPN）在临床上比较少见,据统计不到全部胰腺肿瘤的1%[1]。因胰腺位于腹膜后,囊性肿瘤生长缓慢,无特异性临床表现,早期诊断困难。随着现代影像技术的不断发展以及临床医师的重视,越来越多的CPN得到及时的诊治。我院1999年4月—2010年6月手术治疗CPN 21例,报道如下。
