SolidWorks是目前市场上一款主流的三维设计软件,在机械设计领域的使用较普及。近年来,其在模具设计方面的应用也越来越多。本文重点讨论模具加工的前处理——电极设计的一般流程和在SolidWorks上的实现方法。3DQuickEDM是运行于SolidWorks平台上的专业电极设计软件,它将一般电极设计的步骤做了极大的优化,可以快速和准确地完成一系列的设计工作,满足实际生产中对电极的各种设计要求。
SolidWorks is a mainstream 3D design software on currently market, in the field of mechanical design of the use of relatively popular and widely. In recent years, in the mold design are more and more applications. This paper focuses on the discussion of mold processing process （electrode design process and realization in SolidWorks method）. 3DQuickEDM is running on the SolidWorks platform professional electrode design software, it will typically electrode design steps do greatly optimizes, can quickly and accurately complete a series of design work, to meet the actual production of the electrode and different kinds of design requirements.
