摘要
研究了三不同的粉末活性炭及一种颗粒活性炭对麦芽糖醇溶液的脱色效果,结果表明,粉末活性炭氯化锌碳的脱色效果较好,通过比较筛选得出影响麦芽糖醇溶液脱色效果的主要因素:(1)原料麦芽糖醇杂质种类;(2)活性炭用量;(3)脱色温度;(4)脱色时间;(5)脱色pH。通过大量实验确定了几种主要影响因素的最优参数。
Three different powder,and a granular activated carbon of decolorization maltitol solution were studied,the results showed that the carbon zinc powder decolorization carbon was good.Through comparing,the influence factors of carbon decoloring were raw material maltitol impurities species,activated carbon amount,decoloring temperature,decoloring time,and decoloring pH.Through a lot of experiments,several major effect factors of the optimal parameters were identified.
