摘要
目的:测定废水中铬。方法:邻苯二酚紫—聚乙醇辛基苯基醚光度法。结果:铬含量在0 ~14μg/25ml 范围内符合比尔定律,采用本法测定了5 个样品,平均回收率为99 .45 % ,标准差为0 .017mg/L,相对标准偏差为4 .89 % 。结论:本法简便,准确,显色液稳定,适合于测定废水中的铬。
Objective:Determination of chrome in waste water.Method:Cotechol violet polythyleneglycol octylphenyl ether photometry.Result:It is in accord with the Bills Law when chrom content ranges from 0.00 to 14ug. =0 0196X+0 0088, r =0 9993;As the results of 5 kinds of samples, the recoverg rates were from 96.8% to 103.6%, average 99.45%;SD=0.017mg/L RSD=2.59%. of 5 times of same samples.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and with stable colour solutiou,it is suited to determine chrome in Waste water.
