摘要
目的观察舒天宁颗粒对无先兆偏头痛患者生活质量的影响及作用机制。方法将60例无先兆偏头痛患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组30例在对照组的基础上加舒天宁颗粒治疗。2组均8周为1个疗程。1个疗程后统计2组疗效和治疗前后头痛指数、主要症状计分及生活质量变化,并对治疗组生活质量与头痛指数、伴随症状进行相关性分析。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率86.67%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后头痛指数与本组治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后主要症状计分与本组治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05),对照组治疗后眩晕计分与本组治疗前比较明显下降(P<0.05),2组治疗后主要症状计分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后各维度与本组治疗前比较均明显提高(P<0.05),且生理职能、身体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能及心理健康与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。头痛指数与生理功能、生理职能、身体疼痛、总体健康及活力呈直线负相关性(P<0.05),眩晕与生理职能、活力、社会功能及情感职能成呈直线负相关性(P<0.05),呕吐痰涎与生理职能、总体健康、活力及社会功能呈直线负相关性(P<0.05),心烦易怒与活力、社会功能、情感职能及心理健康呈直线负相关性(P<0.05),头如裹与生理功能、生理职能、身体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能及情感职能呈直线负相关性(P<0.05)。结论舒天宁颗粒能提高无先兆偏头痛患者的生活质量,改善其心理状况,临床疗效显著,其作用机制与解除或缓解头痛、改善临床症状有关。
Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of Shutianning granule on life quality of patients with migraine without aura.Methods 60 patients with migraine without aura were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in control group received flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,30 patients in the treatment group received Shutianning granule and treatment of the control group.8 weeks were a course of treatment in 2 groups.Headache index,the main symptom scoring and quality of life changes before and after treatment were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（93.33%） was higher than that in control group（86.67%,P0.05）.Headache index after treatment was decreased compared with that before treatment in two groups（P0.05）.The treatment group decreased more significantly（P0.05）.The main symptom score after treatment were significantly decreased,compared with that before treatment in treatment group（P0.05）.Vertigo score after treatment were significantly decreased,compared with that before treatment in control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference between two groups on main symptoms score after treatment（P 0.05）.The dimensions after treatment were significantly improved compared with that before treatment in treatment group（P0.05）.There was obvious differences between two groups on physiological function,bodily pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Shutianning granule without aura particles can improve the quality of life of migraine patients,clinical efficacy is significant.The mechanism may be related to lift or ease the headache,the improvement of clinical symptoms.
