摘要
以二羟基二过碘酸合镍(Ⅳ)(简称Ni(Ⅳ))为引发剂,在碱性环境中引发丙烯腈(AN)聚合。结果表明:聚合速率随单体浓度和引发剂浓度的增大而增大,随温度、介质pH值的增大出现先开后降的趋势;聚合物分子量随引发剂浓度的增加而减小;本聚合反应对单体的浓度指数为1.108,对引发剂的浓度指数为0.553;反应活化能为41.57kJ/mol;通过红外光谱等对聚合物结构进行了表征,并对引发机理进行了探讨。
The kinetics of acrylonitrile(AN) polymerization initiated by Ni(Ⅳ)periodate complex was studied in aqueous alkaline medium.The results indicate that the equation of the polymerization rate is as follows:Rp=k[Ni(Ⅳ)]0.553[AN]1.108 and the overall activation energy of AN polymerization is 41.57 kJ/mol. The polymer molecular weight decreases with increasing [Ni(Ⅳ)].The effects of various reaction conditions on the polymerization rate were also studied. The initiation mechanism was proposed.
