摘要
从世界经济全球化的角度，就我国实施大集团战略的必要性和推进企业跨国经营问题进行了概略的阐述，分析了目前我国企业的基本状况，并提出了实施大集团战略的对策建议。
Discussion is made,in terms of economic globalization,on the necessity to implement the strategy of large group enterprises and the problems concerning the transnational management of businesses.Analysis is made on the current situation of enterprises in China and the methods of implementing the foregoing strategy are put forward.
