摘要
文化产业已经成为我国的"朝阳产业"。然而,资金不足抑制了我国文化产业的快速发展,合理利用外资不仅是入世承诺的要求,而且还可以弥补资金短缺的缺憾。由于文化产业特殊的文化属性,国家在引入外资方面予以投资形式、领域、比例等的限制。我国目前有关文化产业利用外资的法律、政策仍有不少缺漏,应当及时地予以完善。
Cultural industry has become China＇ s ＂sunrise industry＂. However, lacking of funds has inhibited the rapid development of China＇ s cultural industry. Rational use of foreign investment is not only the requirements of WTO commitments, but also can make up for shortage of funds. Since the cultural Industry is important for nation security and ideology, the foreign investments in the cultural industry are often restricted in the forms ,fields and proportions. There are still many shortcomings of laws and policies in China＇ s current cultural industry. So we should take the opportunity to improve them.
