摘要
本文用IHA及ANAE二法动态观察日本血吸虫感染小鼠,井对其抗体水平及T细胞百分率与虫卵肉芽肿大小的相互关系进行了探讨。结果表明:肝虫卵肉芽肿体积在感染后6周最大,10周开始缩小,12周时体积仅为6周时的一半。而外周血T细胞百分率在肉芽肿形成前期(4周)及形成高峰期(6周)降低,在肉芽肿缩小后,其值渐回升,至12周已接近正常水平。与肉芽肿大小相应,抗体滴度于6周时最高,12周已降至较低水平,肉芽肿体积与抗体滴度呈相关,并得出回归方程:y=6.11X-4.75。作者认为T细胞百分率及抗体水平与肉芽肿大小有一定关系。用体外检测到的抗体水平可监测体内肉芽肿的消长,可用于协助诊断及指导治疗。
In this paper, we dynamically examined the mice infected Schistosoma Japonicum by IHA and ANAE methods, and studied the relation of the antibody level and T lyphocyte percentage to the egg granuloma. The results showed that the volume of the egg granuloma is the largest in the 6th week, and becomes small in the 10th week, only about a half size of the largest in the 12th week, However, the peripheral blood T lyphocyte percentage reduces before the granuloma formation (4th week) and the growth peak period of the granuloma (6th week), when the granuloma becomes to lessen, the percentage of T cell gradually rises again, and approaches the normal level by the 12th week. Similar to granuloma volume, the antibody level is the highest in the 6th week and becomes to lower level in the 12th week. The results indicated that there is a positive corelation between the egg granuloma volume and antibody level. The regression formula is y=6.11X-4.75 (y=the egg granuloma volume, X=the antibody level). We concluded that T lyphocyte percentage and the antibody level is corelated to the egg granuloma size. The egg granuloma volume can be evaluated by testing the antibody level in the peripheral blood.
