摘要
本文指出了金属材料布氏硬度传统测量方法所存在的问题，给出了金属材料布氏硬度智能化测量系统的硬件结构和软件流程。在硬件结构上，解决了预载荷的施加给测量过程的自动化带来的困难，软件则采用系统通电后自动校零的办法，从而实用性提高。
The problems and troubles in old measuring of ball hardness about the metal materials are shown in this paper. At the same time, solving measurement of the first mark mad by the steel ball with the pressure from spring mounted in the system, the principle of hardware and software of the intelligent system for measuring ball hardness is given too.
