摘要
通过理论分析揭示支座松动后转子的振动特性，建立诊断支座松动故障的新方法并进行了实验验证。理论分析表明，支座松动时，转子的运动具有明显的进动特性。利用一转子实验器进行了实验研究，结果表明，进动分析方法对于诊断支座松动故障是有效的。
The loosening of support of a rotor often takes place in practice, w hich is detrim ental to m achinery. In this paper it is intended to develop a new approach to diagnosing this problem by m eans of w hirl analysis. Theoretical investigation show s that w hirl-analysis can clearly reveal the characteristics of w hirling of a rotor caused by the loosening of support. Hence, it is suggested that the loosening of support can m ore decisively be diagnosed by w hirl-analysis. An experim ent has verified the validity of this method.
