民族地区中小学校园文化建设途径初探——以贵州省为例

摘要 随着教育改革的不断深化,如何创办有特色的、一流的学校已经成为人们关注的热点。民族地区的学校由于种种条件限制,在校园文化建设方面较为落后,往往出现"千校一面"的现状。因此要保护和传承民族传统优秀文化,培养更多的适应社会发展需要的人才,使民族地区的经济更快更好的发展,民族地区的学校要结合自身的实际情况,因校制宜,加强校园文化建设,建设特色学校。 With the deepening of the reform of the education, people are concerned hotly about how to found characteristic and first - class schools. Because of the restrictions of various conditions, campus culture construction in schools of minority region is relatively backward, so it is a usUal to see "thousand schools looking the same". So we must protect and inherit the national traditional excellent culture and cultivate more people to adapt to the social development , which will stimulate the minority regional economy development much better and faster. According to the actual situation, schools in minority regions should be based on their advantages and disadvantages to build the characteristic school and show its minority style.
