老年患者血尿的评估 被引量：1

摘要 在普通门诊的血尿患者中，约1／3以上为老年人，老年血尿患者可伴有腰痛、尿频、高血压和尿中泡沫增多等症状，但大多数表现为无症状的镜下血尿。在健康体检的人群中，老年人的血尿检出率也明显高于年轻人群。血尿是部分泌尿系肿瘤的首发表现，在一项对10余万例泌尿系统肿瘤患者的大规模调查研究中发现，85％的膀胱癌和95％的上尿路肿瘤患者的最初表现是血尿。因此，社区医师对于老年人的血尿主诉不可大意，需要谨慎处理。
