摘要
潘一东矿井在第二副井第一水平马头门安装自动翻车系统,大大缓解了矿井前期建设提升能力不足的问题。自动翻车系统结构简单,安装方便、省时,安装、运行、维护费用低,不改变井筒原有掘砌设施,保证了后期井筒延伸的能力,取得了很好的经济效益,为其他矿井前期施工提矸工作提供了新思路。
The installation of automatic dumping system at first level horsehead of second auxiliary shaft in Panyi east shaft has greatly eased the lack of hoisting capacity in shaft pre-construction.The automatic dumping system is simple in structure,conve nient in installation and time saving,low cost in installation,operation and maintenance,and without changing the original driving and permanent lining equipment of shaft,it ensures the extension capacity of shaft in late period,achieves good economic benefits,and provides new idea of gangue emission for pre-construction of other mine shafts.
